This is literally the best movie ever if you’re not watching moulin rouge what the hell is wrong with you You have absolutely no reason I told Not to watch his movie if you’re holding back you’re just a dumb ass just walked in like the best move you ever seen your life yes watch!

Moulin Rouge is a tour de force of artifice, a dazzling pastiche of musical and visual elements at the service of a blatantly artificial story that helps the viewers immediately spot and embrace what the bohemian love so much: truth, beauty, and, above all, love.

A very unique aesthetic. Everything from the sets, the outfits, the acting, the video editing and music match beautifully and was part of the narrative. I don't give it kudos just bc its not my type of movie. I had to watch it for a university class.
