Man of Steel

This one doesn’t get enough appreciation. There’s a reason fans want this man back as our Superman 🤫

This is a mixed bag. The visuals are incredible and the action is non stop and breathtaking. Theirs a great cast with Costner and Crowe standing out and a great villain in Shannon. The first half of the movie is engaging, and emotional but it loses the plot in the last half

a bit of a snooze fest

Superman continues to get mistreated in cinema since the Donner era. Visuals and action are good but the story recycled what Donner already did. This movie feels like Superman 1 and 2 and Batman Begins blended. Not in the right ways either. Overall just a missed opportunity.

i saw this film with my aunty when i was a child. i’d never liked dc or superman before but now i think he’s one of the best written heroes, and cavill did an amazing job in this role!
