This is WAY better than the ratings suggest. It’s a rom-com/true crime mashup with charismatic leads and a great, tight script. Not an Oscar candidate but a wildly satisfying Friday night watch with the missus.

This movie was rushed and unfunny. The only saving grace was the final third of the film. This would’ve been better as a season of Fargo.
