Legion

The movie takes its absurdity very very seriously. If it was a few minutes shorter, and an ending that doesn't outright quote the beginning of the movie, and we might have had something special here.

Paul Bettany is just sooooo good.
Creep factor: 👍🏻, story: 👍🏻, effects: 👍🏻. I thought the main actor was a bit weak but otherwise I’ve always been drawn to this apocalyptic religious battle that fights for the goodness in humanity.

rewatched it as a grown person and this movie sucks. like it made no sense, the characters were odd, writing was mediocre, the only semi-cool thing was the action but still so cheesy & weird. it was comically bad. i could tell the end was set up for a sequel- thank god it didn’t
