Man I really thought I was gonna love this movie based on the beginning but I just expected so much more, Gyllenhaal was still great tho and I enjoyed the movie

I liked this film. I liked how it focused more on the mentality of a marine, but I really wanted to see more action. The acting was just perfect from Jake Gyllenhaal and it’s prob my fav role he’s played.

Not your average action packed gun blasting war movie. It was mental. You felt the pain and disappointment they felt. Amazing acting 10/10 on all part. Amazing movie. Definitely a top 5

If you are looking for an action packed movie this isn’t it, it dives deeper into the personal aspects of war and it does a pretty damn good job.

Amazing. Pure art. Shows the reality of being a soldier and the struggles that come along with it.
