jump scares are awful and the demon looks like darth maul on crack

Pretty solid horror film. Normally, jump scares in movies are cheesy and they never get me, but there were some really good ones here. And the ending… what a cliffhanger! Now I feel like I have to watch the second one.

It’s good, it’s obviously not the best of all of the movies but it starts the series, the effects are not that great but its interesting

I remember when I was younger I was terrified of this movie. Now that i’m an adult it’s kinda comical to think that I was scared of the most predictable jump scares. It gets a thumbs up for nostalgia purposes and also cause it’s not that bad.
