jump scares are awful and the demon looks like darth maul on crack

Pretty solid horror film. Normally, jump scares in movies are cheesy and they never get me, but there were some really good ones here. And the ending… what a cliffhanger! Now I feel like I have to watch the second one.

Scared the shit outta me as a 9 year old but isn't as scary as I remember. Still had the heart rate up consistently cuz I'm a biotch

Honestly it was a decent flick. None of the jump scares got me. Maybe if I was like 15 they would’ve done some damage. Can’t say I’d recommend but I’ll be finishing the series to see if they get any better.
