Robin Williams ad-libbed every single broadcast scene. Watching him do what he did best is magic and it is a great comfort that his comedy will live on forever

Un must-see si l'on adore Robin Williams qu'on rencontre ici comme animateur radio au Vietnam pour les troupes américaines en guerre sur le territoire. Une comédie légère sans trop de guerre comme on pourrait le croire 💕

From the start, the film blows you over with excitement and for those who can latch on, it’s a nonstop ride. Offering only hackneyed insights into the war, the film makes for stodgy drama. But Willams’ magic monologues behind the mike are worth anybody’s money.

Good story and cinematography, but the comedy wasn’t it for me. And it most certainly did not age very well.
