Elysium

Definitely could’ve been executed better. Was very excited for the concept(huge dystopian fan) but was extremely let down with the choppy cinematography and mediocre story telling.

Why does everyone hate this??

great memories from what I recall, matt damon is such a great actor. The plot is cool, not much more things to tell. Solid 6/10

it looks great but it's empty. the casting in general was a mistake. the story has been told 98380 times before so the predictability was predictable. my 3 points go to the visuals but even they get cut short or generic.

A great concept that loses steam about halfway through due to weak character development and lack of commitment to thematic motivation. A film that could afford to be about 25-30 minutes longer. Although visually rich designs and kinetic cinematography save this film
