lowkey would have FLED to the next state

i rated this with a like purely for the (unintentional) entertainment this movie brought

acting falls through in many areas, and some unrealistic decisions broke my suspension of disbelief

still an interesting plot tho & creepy moments

the book was prob better ngl

Although I didn’t find this incredibly memorable I thought certain elements were done pretty well. Namely the casting for the leads, who were far better than most protagonists in similar movies. Isaac was a fun villain and the soundtrack is surprisingly intense throughout thefilm

I really enjoyed this. The main couple is believable and has great chemistry. The soundtrack is bussin and the kid actors do a great job. I thought Isaac was a good villain but I really enjoyed Malachi as well.
