Black Christmas

Honestly this movie wasn’t my fav. Didn’t really love the ending and the whole plot was just kinda weird.

I can’t remember this which isn’t a good sign, but I think I really liked the beginning and a lot of the action/slasher elements. I’m pretty sure I just thought the ending was weird or convoluted. Imma leave a like anyway because I’m easy lol

One of the worst movies I’ve ever seen. In order to fight stereotypes, it’s best not to completely buy into them for 98% of the movie. Just a complete slap in the face to the original Black Christmas. So bad.

this was awful. like terrible. like SO BAD. i love you cary elwes but what the fuck are you doing. this is meant to read as girl power/a commentary on misogyny/sexism but it just does not do it well imo

Don’t know why everyone is hating on this. I had no expectations going in. Never seen the 70s movie or the 2006 version. So only judging on its own merits.i enjoyed it. Good girl vs boy situation with heavy ominous overtones. I enjoyed it

Beautiful cinematography and fine acting couldn’t save this movie. It might be a good movie to watch after you break up with your boyfriend and you’re really bitter about it.
