Aftersun

Subtle yet haunting. It’s a slow and delicate movie and even though the ending seems really quiet, it punches you in the gut with emotions once you put the whole picture together.

This one should’ve taken home academy awards best picture without a doubt. 🏆

Aftersun is one of those movies that after you watched it you just sit in silence and cry afterwards. :(

really good but i fell asleep and there’s a shot of his butt i didn’t like and i got confused at some parts of the movie tbh

Such a slow burn where you never truly realize what is happening until later. Truly a beautiful movie
I truly think his suicide was him when he walked into the ocean at night.
