Absentia

It’s very low budget. I would like to see Mike redo it with a budget. That being said it’s slow but good. Acting is top notch. Ending is jacked up.

early Mike Flanagan, not bad but didn’t keep me invested. i love how he’s loyal to his actors/actresses tho.

I did not expect to like this movie so much after some things I read. I loved it. Despite a clearly low budget, I thought the majority of the acting was good, it made good use of jump scare moments, and it let the unseen things be scary

It feels like this could've been a lot better, but I'm sure Mike Flanagan worked the best he could with a low budget.
